Hemlock - practical, flexible, workable

Western Hemlock (Tsuha heterophylla) is found along the coast of British Columbia and Washington state. Hemlock can be distinguished by its white creamy color to a low yellow-pink. Furniture and home builders like to use the wood for its polished sheen and good working properties.
